Prattville to face Oxford in Kick-off Classic

The Prattville Lions, still without a head coach, will get a strong test in August before the beginning of the 2008 regular season.  The two-time defending state champions have been scheduled to face off with the Oxford Yellow Jackets at the Kick-off Classic slated for the third week of August.

In the Kick-off Classic, Oxford, who ushers in a new head coach this season as well, gets their first look at what life will be like under former Spain Park head coach John Grass.  Prattville is still searching for their new head coach following the departure of Bill Clark, who took on the head coaching job at the newly formed South Alabama football program.

The game will be played at the Crampton Bowl in Montgomery.
